SHIPPING AND HANDLING:

 

- All shipments will be sent via Canada Post with insurance and delivery confirmation at the expense of the retailer/customer.

- Orders take approximately 1-2 weeks to ship, depending on season, size of order and number of current orders.

- Rush Orders are only available by special request. 

- Kolton Babych Fine Jewelry is not responsible for any duty/taxes incurred when shipping over country borders.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

 

- If you are not completely satisfied with the jewelry in your order, you must contact us within five business days of receiving shipment to request a return authorization.

- Your return package MUST include a copy of the original invoice with your returned item.

- Returned items must be in their original condition (new, undamaged and unworn) to receive a merchandise credit.

- We reserve the right to refuse items that are returned without authorization or in unacceptable condition.

- You will receive a merchandise credit for your returned items to exchange for new items or to apply to future orders.

- Please contact Kolton Babych Fine Jewelry for authorization before returning any unsold merchandise for exchange.

 

REPAIRS:

 

- If repairs are needed, please contact us to request a repair authorization. Once authorized, please ship jewelry to us within five business days.

- Please be ready with the product name of the damaged jewelry, a detailed description of its condition and a clear picture before requesting a repair authorization.

- The retailer/customer will be charged for the materials and labor needed to fix any of our jewelry sent in for repair within one year of the purchase date.

 

RETURN/EXCHANGE/REPAIR SHIPPING:

 

- All shipping, tracking and insurance charges for returns, exchanges and repairs are paid for by the retailer/customer and cannot be refunded.

- Please pack jewelry in a well-padded container and ship back to us. Please insure each returned package.

- Kolton Babych Fine Jewelry is not responsible for damages or loss incurred in return shipping.

- We retain the right to refuse returns, exchanges or repairs shipped without authorization.
